Dr Eve’s Sex Book – Launch PDF Print E-mail

1 February 2008

Dr Eve, board member of Gender DynamiX, launches her book: Dr Eve’s Sex Book: a guide for young people: Rights, Responsibilities, Rewards and the Afrikaans translation: Dr Eve se Seks Boek: Gids vir jong mense: Regte, Verantwoordelikehede en Belonings. Four years in the writing, this book promises to meet all expectations! In the book, Dr Eve discusses at length the many issues associated with sexual orientation and Gender identity. It is refreshing to see how throughout the book she includes issues of sexual orientation and gender diversity as part of life.
Liesl Theron, director of Gender DynamiX will be one of the guest speakers which include Nathan Geffen, spokesperson for TAC, Joan van Niekerk, national chairperson of Childline and Glenn de Swardt from Triangle Project . Hopefully Cameron Dugmore, MEC for education will be another guest speaker.
