As per November 2006 Gender DynamiX focusses on the following projects:

• Lobbying with Department of Home Affairs to implement ACT 49 of 2003, as the original request was made in Parliament 
• Assisting in two separate labour disputes, where transgender people are challenging their current/previous employers on grounds of discrimination.
• Securing funding to ensure continuous success and development for the services and goals Gender DynamiX are working for.
• Build and develop the community by empowering and documenting trans history in South Africa.

Nevertheless, Gender DynamiX is involved and works on many other projects.
